Bella Terra Lombard is a clean facility, and the staff is great. My mother has been here for the last five months and just recently moved to memory care. They take excellent care of her! She’s in good hands.

My mother is 88 years old, and she was admitted to Bella Terra Lombard for less than a month. I visited her for hours every day, and I can truly say that it’s a great facility. It’s clean, has good food, fun activities, and the staff is compassionate. Yvonne (receptionist) assisted us from the moment we walked in. Yar, Jenette, Zully, Angie, and Pearl (CNAs) took great care of my mom. Patty, Amy, and Ed (therapists) were extremely detailed with her therapy. Vicky, Hope, Lance, and John (nurses) took the time to provide information about her medicines and always delivered them on time. Dr. Shahla (facility doctor) is a brilliant doctor. Kozeta (activity staff) goes above and beyond every day. Susana (TCC) was thorough in assisting us during our transition home. I sincerely appreciate the entire staff for their great service and exceptional care. Bella Terra is an excellent facility!
